Basic step process for developing a coaching programme:
- Discovery session for background context and current situation
- Identifying emotional state and readiness to commence career exploration
- Establish program for Career Coaching and/or Job Search Projects independently or concurrently - career shifting? Job Seeking? Retiring or starting your own business?
- One on one sessions ongoing to work through learning content, goal setting and milestones achievements
- Other benefits - create a 'warm' network, create a personal brand & online presence, wellbeing, self- discovery
- Strengths based surveys or personality testing available
